NY Lunar New Year Party & Parade

CAA Marches in the Manhattan Lunar New Year Parade

As per tradition, CAA will be marching in the annual LNY parade Sunday, February 25, 2024. We will be hosting a pre-parade celebration with OCA in Chinatown for the community starting at 10:30 am with food, speakers, and activities and then heading out to march around 12 pm!

The parade draws thousands of people each year and features many community groups, advocacy organizations, dance troupes, marching bands, seniors playing traditional instruments, drummers, and lion dancers. This is one of the few times that we get to participate with the greater Chinese-American community and celebrate this wonderful event together!

Tickets are through a pay what you can model, but we encourage a $10 suggested donation per person which goes toward space and food costs! Make sure to note that you are with CAA on your registration. Contact us at events@chineseadopteealliance.org with any questions.
