Asian transnational adoptees have taken center stage at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and FCCNY invites you to join us for happy hour to reflect, explore and unpack the lived experiences and media narratives we have witnessed this Olympic season. 

Discussion topics include (but are not limited to):

• Should I root for my birth country or home country? 
• How did it feel to see an adoption narrative take center stage at the Olympics? 
• What did it feel like to see adopted Olympic athletes compete?
