FCC Chinese Cooking Class with Virginia Ng, OCA NJ

Join FCC Northern NJ for a Chinese cooking class with Virginia Ng, OCA NJ!

Virginia will hold a hands on cooking class.  The kids will be preparing a Chinese meal of egg drop corn soup, chicken with broccoli and white rice.  Kids should be able to handle a knife in order to participate.

We will be breaking the kids into 2 groups of 8.  First group will start promptly at 2 pm.  Next group will follow.

Cost of the event covers venue, food costs, drinks, bank/credit card registration fees etc.

Kids should bring a small cutting board, steak knife and apron (or wear clothes that can get messy).
