Club P.T.'s goals are two fold: to bring girls with a similar origin story together once a month and to introduce the girls to volunteerism in its many forms.
We will alternate our meetings between a field trip one month and a recap meeting the next. Most of our field trips will include a donation of some type such as pollinator plants for a Nature Sanctuary or pet supplies for the SPCA. These donations will be supplied by the girls and we kindly suggest that they choose the donations themselves in order to be more engaged with the process.
Our recap meetings will include talking about the previous months field trip, discussing who we met and what we learned, and writing thank you notes to the volunteers we worked with.
A craft element may be added to some meetings to create other items to donate. A light snack will be provided at each meeting.
Club PT members will automatically be enrolled by us in the FCC GuanYin Project to accumulate hours towards a service award.
Our first meeting will be September 18th. Details provided upon registration.
Membership is limited so please sign up as soon as possible.
We are looking forward to another exciting year of learning while having fun!
