OCA – WHV Presents 9th Annual Rising Stars Concert in Chappaqua, NY

OCA – WHV Presents the 9th Annual Rising Stars Concert

The public is invited to a concert music festival featuring a group of exceptionally talented young Asian Americans performing classical and contemporary works, from the West and the East.  

The audience will get to know these young performers, ages 8 to 17.  These young artists will play a variety of musical instruments. The event promises to be entertaining and culturally enriching for all audiences.

The program is sponsored by OCA Westchester & Hudson Valley Chapter and TD Bank.
