FIND ME Documentary Film screening at Syracuse University

In honor of National Adoption Month and Day, SU, Falk College School of Social Work, in conjunction with Families with Children from China of CNY are offering a screening of the documentary film, “Find Me” with an expert panel discussion to follow.

“Find Me” is a heartwarming drama that follows three families as they adopt children from China.  This feature-length documentary film journeys with them as they seek to discover the back story of those who loved them first.   

Optional Expert Panel Discussion will help to develop a framework for understanding the unique needs of adopted children and families and children in foster care from a National and International perspective.     Free to the public, Social Workers (LMSW’s and LCSW’s) can obtain 3 Continuing Education Credits for $40.00 and to register, please go to the Falk College of Social Work Website to print the Univ. Registration Form. (http://falk.syr.edu/SocialWork/ContinuingEducation.aspx).  Registrations cannot be accepted via email of phone.
